RCM
:thumbs up: As a rookie parent I was surprised to see how well the kids are fed. My child is a member of VK and has been getting great meals. There is always a healthy meal for them. There are veges and/or fruit at every meal and the food is made in low fat and heart healthy ways. Special dietary needs are taken into account, ie. vegetarians, lactose intolerance, religious concerns. Kudos to the food staff.
Mokumi
Here on the east coast, we get bread and water on good days. Just kidding. Edited July 16, 2008 by Mokumi
prophet
I have to drink my own sweat and feast on the mushrooms that grow on the field.
EndzoneEric
My old corps got a sponsorship from a chewing gum company one year. Yeah, we split that pack up and made it last the whole summer.
Coathope
Sometimes, we're not allowed to eat the mushrooms. Doesn't make us delirious enough to do drill.
funkrocker049
We ate like royalty. Actually, were pretty much free-range cattle...moving from one city to another to roam the field and eat.
MoonHill
Ah, memories of "Tater Tot Surprise", which had at least a 50% chance of containing Tater Tots!

Yeah, we just told our hosts that it's the marching that destroys the grass. Little do they know...
