BRASSO Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 (edited) I know it's still REALLY REALLY early to be discussing this, but the amount of great stories, upsets, and all around exciting shows made me question, where does 2008 rank among the greatest years ever in DCI history? It's one of the most REFRESHING years in memory in my opinion a because a couple of myths were shattered. Myth one....." if you don't win the Semi Finals, you have little to no shot of winning the Championship " Myth two...." If you are the audience favorite with an entertaining show, you can't win a Championship with the DCI Judges" Thus, for me at least, this was a FANTASTIC year......if not THE best, certainly right up there.
