spatula67 Posted August 12, 2008 Share Posted August 12, 2008 So I'm watching one of those Nostradamus shows on the History channel and apparently they have uncovered a lost quatrain that says if these 4 events all happen in a five year period, the world will end: 1. Boston Red Sox win not one but two World Series ..... 2. Indianapolis Colts beat the Pats and go on to win the Super Bowl 3. Phantom Regiment wins DCI straight out 4. I've actually been considering the prospect of these two things happening in the same year. I fear I'd have to be institutionalized if they both came to pass. I seem to recall the passage from Nostradamus' writings: "And after the year of a deuce and a few zero's... the slave who would become a leader and great warrior would once again return to play out his vengeance on the field of musical battle... and would fight for the oppressed "tiny bear" and his followers... who were mired in misery and pain after many long years of suffrage..." I think the Milwaukee Brewers are more like the Phantom Regiment and will ultimately prevail and go on to win the World Series! Back in the 16th century Mother Shipton's prophecy said: "This world we know to its end shall come In nineteen hundred and eighty one" So we've all been dead for 27 years and didn't know it.
