There is a Business manager reporting to him (Operations) and the Program Manager (what most of us would consider a corps director). That was Jeff Pierson's old position. DanjrusMcRynky Posted November 11, 2008 Share Posted November 11, 2008 From what I have been to understand, the Program Manager oversees all of the programs that the Vanguard organization has. The A corps, cadet corps, and winterguard. Each of these separate programs have their individual directors. Jeff Pearson happened to be the program manager for the organization AND the director of the A corps. I think its likely that Fiedler will keep the position of program manager, however I think there is still an announcement coming on the A corps director.
