JOE WHITE - Joe joins the Long Island Sunrisers team bringing with him a broad background in music, media and the arts. His teaching experience spans Velvet Knights , Bushwackers , NY Skyliners , Brentwood High School , Hicksville High School , St. Francis Preparatory School and Windsor Central High School as well as Saturday Matinee , Brentwood H.S. and Peaks color guards. At various points during these associations Joe has stepped up to fill the roles of visual designer, marching technician and even music technician, showcasing his talents and adaptability, characteristics which will make Joe a vital asset to our team in 2009. Joe's performing experience includes Crossmen , Velvet Knights , Sunrisers , Bushwackers and NY Skyliners as well as Pegasus winter guard. Joe enjoys a career as a professional sound engineer, specializing in Film and TV sound recording, has produced several movies and is proud to have been a recipient of an Emmy nomination for his work. Plan on dropping down to meet Joe and the rest of our 2009 staff at our Open House: The Long Island Sunrisers 2009 Season-Kickoff OPEN HOUSE & ORIENTATION Saturday, November 29th 12PM-6PM Be sure to drop down to this Open House/Orientation at Mineola High School in Garden City Park, NY Click HERE for directions. It's official! The Sunrisers corps has moved back to Long Island, NY after being away for almost 25 years and we invite all to take part in what will be an exciting new chapter for us!
