Because constancy is key in this activity. look at the top 6 World class corps.

And in all those years none of them ever did anything different; never tried a different strategy?

I think it is a fairly valid question considering the auction company lists mostly foreclosures and this specific sale states:

This does not appear to be a voluntary sale.

NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE Pursuant to the power of sale contained in a certain mortgage deed given by The Spartan Junior Drum and Bugle Corps, Inc. to Southern New Hampshire Bank and Trust Co. dated October 12, 2005 and recorded with the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds at Book 7563, Page 1568, the undersigned will sell at public auction the Premises hereinafter described. 1.
