Sad News from Mighty St. Joe's

Recommended Posts

On Behalf of the Rochester Crusaders Family and personally knowing Curt through the years in Drum Corps in the Rochester area, our heartfelt condolences go out to the Andersons and the St. Josephs of Batavia Family..........

He was always the "gentle" man and friendly towards all!

May God rest his soul and watch over all of you in this time of need......StJosephAndChildBig.jpg

In tribute to Curt, St. Joes members will play at the service on Friday AM. If you were a St. Joes member or even if you want to pay your respect by playing with us, we will meet an hour before the service. We will play "Abide with Me" and Amazing Grace.

Let me wrap this post up by saying "Thank You" from Bob (Sully) Sullivan and the Mighty St. Joe's Alumni Drum & Bugle Corps Family to each and everyone of you who have sent your condolences in the passing of our dear friend Curt Anderson. It is apparent by the numbers attending the funeral home during the visiting hours, those present at the memorial for the celebration of Curt's life, at the luncheon, through the replies and hits on DCP and all of the personal emails and calls directed to MSJ during this very difficult time that Curt had touched the lives of so many in this activity that he loved so dearly. It's hard to imagine the corps continuing on without such an imposing figure who had done so much to keep Mighty St. Joe's alive but "the show must go on" and indeed it will...............
