I guess I have an advantage to forget the season faster having seen and heard the shows many times over the summer. For me to fall asleep during my favorite corps says something. I wasn't moved to my feet until the end of SCV. But I see your point. I always forget about all of the hype after a season. It will wear off.

I was the same way with 2007. I remember during that season and even at finals being in absolute awe over every corps, thinking it was the best season of drum corps I'd ever seen. In retrospect, it's one of my least favorites.
