Galen
I'm a marionette, see my pirouette, 'round and 'round I'm a marionette, I'm a marionette, just a silly old clown For season 14, Providence will be hanging by a thread and keeping the whole DCPI community in suspense as they present: "Unbound: A Marionette's Tale". "Unbound" envisions the corps members as puppets on strings under the watch of an unseen controller. While a doll's life may seem simple and carefree at first, being constantly pulled and pushed around can get very tedious, eventually leading the dolls to "cut their strings" and seek independence. Like a doll, like a puppet with no will at all And somebody taught me how to talk, how to walk, how to fall To bring this unique program to life, Providence will be utilizing the music of the following composers: Stravinsky: Trois mouvements de Petrouchka Leoncavallo: Vesti la Giubba from Pagliacci ABBA (Anderson/Ulvaeus): I'm a Marionette I'm a marionette, just a marionette, pull the string I'm a marionette, everybody's pet, just as long as I sing

losnickes
This is a very Phantom-esque show. But that's hardly a bad thing.
Galen
As an addition to our announcement, we're also going to be hosting our home show in Boulder on July 16th as a preview to the Colorado Springs focus show. Unfortunately, the University of Colorado's Folsom Field was unavailable, but we were able to secure nearby Boulder HS, which offers a great marching surface and a 6000-seat capacity which will ensure a great energetic crowd:
Galen
We've unfortunately been forced to make a change to our home show venue. Our show in Boulder will now take place at JeffCo Stadium in nearby Lakewood:
