Brad Furlano from the Blue Stars. He is the driving force behind the Blue Stars rise these last years and has an incredible talent for putting together winning talent on staff. Just look at the meteoric climb since he came on board and I don't think there can be much argument.

Chris Komnick by far.

The old school challenge was an innovative and cool way to fundraise and shows cooperation with another great director.

He took a position on pre-shows/woodwinds that I also like and went against the majority.

He personally called me when I missed an audition camp to see if everything was alright and try to understand why and was very approachable.

He definitely put together a great staff this year and I respect him beyond measure.

HM to Bob Jacobs who is also a class act and posts here frequently with valuable information. On a side note I could not vote for any of the G7 directors save for maybe Mr. DeGrauwe.

I say Randy from Teal. not only is his corps, new to World Class not sitting in last, but the corps is in good financial standing, the kids eat well and they travel well...and in fact do it better than some corps that are at the top of the rankings
