ironlips
The Bear is quite correct. The dream is still the same. We are a product of our experiences, individual and collective. I'm grateful that mine included Cozy, too.
TennTux
The preceding is dedicated to Cozy Baker, who did all in his power to see that young "marchers" achieved THEIR dreams. Rest in the peace of our Lord, my old friend." Agreeing with everyone, GREAT one HB!! Thank you....
goalieguy
Thanks Steve - for saying what many of us feel, but lack the precision and style in which to do so! I will still remember 2008 when Cozy was sitting around with MBI during that now 'famous' blowdown in Rochester. He made notes of so many people's remarks about that historic night..I will always treasure his appeal to drum corps people everywhere, because in his mind, geography didn't matter..Dedication, passion, love and desire was the same - no matter where you were. I still miss him..he always brought a unique perspective to our activity. Thanks again Steve - Pat
