We bust our humps all winter long every year on putting the show together and making adjustments to it, asking ourselves whether it will resonate wth fans - all abstract since no one's there to hear it and react. Spring Preview gives us a chance to run it up the flagpole - and we've been fortunate in the last few years that fans have saluted it. Plus, after being cooped up all winter, it's great to perform! That is, after all, why we do this. We're all pretty excited about this music book and are anxious to see how it translates to the field - and we can't wait to perform it for fans on May 7! What a great way to get a preview of what those corps have in store for the 2011 season!!!!! Be there, it's always a good time and a great way to catch up with good friends. All of the final details for the big day are getting finalized and we're really looking forward to seeing so many familiar and excited faces for what's become a fantastic event. The Buccaneers are excited to share A Dancer's Dream with the publc for the first time and we know that the Reilly Raiders, Brassmen, Selden Cadets and Swing House will dazzle you as well. We've been working hard all winter and it'll be nice to get in front of a crowd a little early on. Members of our team will appear on "FEEDBACK" with Mike Faust on WEEU, 830 AM, this Monday, May 3, sometime between 9 a.m. and noon. They'll promote the Preview, Big Sounds in Motion and what the Buccaneers are all about. Listen in, call in, and get pumped for another great year of the Balance in Blue!
