Latrobe's Finest Posted May 19, 2011 Share Posted May 19, 2011 Shenandoah Sound will host the 2011 Sound of the South Drum & Bugle Corps competition on July 2 in Manassas, Virginia. The show is a DCA-South event and will feature Carolina Gold, Tampa Bay Thunder, Windsor Regiment in addition to Shenandoah Sound. Other entires may be announced later. The show will be held at Brentsville District High School. Ticket pre-sales have started-for $7, you can enjoy an evening of music and pagentry. Tickets will be $10 day of show. If you will be in Washington DC for the July 4th weekend, why not make a drum corps show part of your plans? Manassas is in the heart of Northern Virginia and is less than 90 minutes away from most of Maryland.
