skek64 Posted November 20, 2012 Share Posted November 20, 2012 (edited) Gentlemen, I have, on my desk, a letter from Tim Snyder of BOX5 Media saying that they are going to give me $30.00 off of my 2012 order of at least $50.00 because of their "screw-ups" with the 2011 DCA product. What is DCA going to do about this since they took over the sales from BOX5? I can not see anything on the DCA website that would take this into consideration.
