bill Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 The Kilts held their Spring Preview concert this past weekend; a week earlier than previous years due to the early Easter in 2013. Typically it's the last weekend in March. This is the concert portion with the complete 2013 show "top to bottom"; still needs work (of course), but "hey"....it's not even the end March!! :tongue:/>/>/>/>/>/>/> It was a packed house; there is a huge (out of camera) seating area behind the podium as well as the seating (as seen) in the front of the podium. Had some members unable to attend the concert due to illnesses (that time of year) and excused outside prior commitments; plus (as most corps this time of year) we still have a few select positions to yet fill (brass, percussion and guard). The website has all the information you'll need; FAQ, schedule, online application process, interesting articles, etc., etc. The corps starts learning drill the end of April. Thank you for your kind words Fred, it's deeply appreciated. The membership works hard, productively and smart at home between camps. The concert itself was held the closing day of the corps' 4th camp of the winter/spring 2013 rehearsal schedule.
