skywhopper
I haven't looked closely enough to see who else is using it, and/or to what extent. But despite the fact that 'Coats have demonstrated that it can be done successfully (they do quite well with it, I will readily admit), I don't see toe-first becoming the predominant mode of forward-motion field transit for the corps proper in the way the heel-toe step has been over the past 30-40+ years. As Rod Stewart once said, it just ain't natural. Depends on how far they want to go into turning visual into dance rather than drill. Toe-first is completely natural in ballet. shawnguitarguy
What is the name of the tune before the drum solo? It's at about the 3:45-5 minute mark- It is EASILY my favorite tune/moment from any corps this season. City Life by Steve Reich
