David Hobart
Sunrisers Rehearsal 12/14 Cancelled due to weather. The rehearsal scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday, December 14th) is being Cancelled due to the impending weather forecast. Our next scheduled rehearsal is Saturday, January 4th at 9am (with check-in at 8:30). This rehearsal will be held at Brentwood HS. Two Sixth Avenue, Brentwood, NY.Our decision to cancel this rehearsal was a very difficult one to make. We had several calls with Brentwood schools, corps administration, and staff members. Several schools in the the area have already cancelled extra curricular activities. The forecast in the area is calling for six inches of snow and/or mixed precipitation - or more. And, it was determined that the safety of our membership is our NUMBER ONE priority. From everyone on the Sunrisers administrative, board of directors, and staff - we wish you all a very happy and safe Holiday! Enjoy your time with family and friends and be prepared to work hard on January 4th!Please email or call with any questions or concerns. All best,DavidDavid HobartAssist Dir/Bus ManagerLong Island Sunrisers Drum & Bugle Corpsdhobart1@gmail.com
