I guess we can just chang ethe name to "Drum and WHATEVER Corps" Whatever is usally not a good thing! I love how people think BOA (Music for All) is somehow benefiting from it. Like there's some fat cat wearing a monocle and a top hat reaping the benefits and laughing all this money into his gullet and his stomach grows, then he just ends up regurgitating it like a hair ball and then eats the money hair ball again. They are two separate companies, one is a much larger company (Music for All, I think) that deals directly with high school competitions while the other is the big leagues. The argument for the rule change and any other that may come up, is this is all about execution of performance and not what is being performed.
