Tim K Posted June 13, 2015 Share Posted June 13, 2015 I enjoy Pioneer for a number of reasons, one being a love of the underdog, and I think they make some good musical choices both the Irish and some of their religious selections. The problem is the music they select was composed to pull at the heart and at times soar, but often the performance does not have the energy it could and probably should. Larger numbers could help this problem. I also get the sense Pioneer enjoys what it does, but the drive can be missing. This, more than numbers, would make a difference but I wish them the best.
