deftguy Posted November 29, 2023 Share Posted November 29, 2023 As a resident of Oakland, we badly need this. Music in OUSD is virtually non-existent thanks to major budget cuts. Not one of the high schools in the district has a marching band though some do have orchestras. Oakland is fertile ground for music, and I am glad SCV sees an opportunity here.
