(Known as the preCesario days) Madison's were "janitor" unis. 2-7's were also rather inexpensive. PR's were busboy jackets. Many corps (Bleu Raeders come to mind) wore warm up suits. Then there are the VKs of the world!! Necessity is after all the mother of all invention. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes and all were very unique.....like Crossmen's uniforms from the '70s and early '80s were from the Philly Police Dept. After the split, I joined Anaheim Kingsmen and, in the Orange County version of The Civil War, fought and competed with our brothers The Velvet Knights during the 1967 season, my last jr. corps marching experience.
