abgiles Posted May 12, 2005 Share Posted May 12, 2005 Go here to see what trooping the corps was like...click on "Retreat":1982 Blue Devils Alumni Page [*]SCV playing "Send in the Clowns" about 2 feet from the horn line...at at DCI <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i love that video of 82 retreat. during clowns, the camera is right behind two flugels. it is driving me NUTS because i can't tell if i am one of them or not. anyway, that moment of playing clowns for you guys in 82 is actually one of my favorite memories from the time i marched. (not as good a memory as playing it the year before, but what are ya gonna do??!!) despite any rivalry between bd and scv, there was always a lot of mutual respect there, and i think that video captures a great moment.
