Walter
May I ask what is with the "Star Corps" in the name?? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I overheard a couple of guys talking in Denver and they said that the Kingsmen were trying to reform but they couldn't use the "Anahiem Kingmen" name and they would have to come up with something else, maybe this is it!!! Remember this is hear say, so take it for what it's worth. Edited March 9, 2005 by ODBC

Remember this is hear say, so take it for what it's worth. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Correct me if I'm wrong, however, my understanding is that Garrison and company purchased all of the assets from Rocco Oliverio, i.e. horns, drums, uniforms, etc. This included the name Anaheim Kingsmen. Rocketman
Not to be self serving but, I wish they were coming back as a senior corps. The demands of time and $$$$$$$$$$$ make the venture into junior corps all the more risky. Heck, senior corps ain't no walk in the park either! Besides, I'd actually consider making the drive! Rocketman - Saw the Kingsmen in '72 about 15 minutes from my house. AWESOME! ampssuck
