The Senators from Grand Isle, Quebec (close to the N.Y. border ) have been a parade corps since they began 12 years ago. In 2006, the corps plans to compete in DCA, division A. Our web site is presently under construction. We are currently recruiting members in all sections. All are welcome. For more information please contact Marco at Marco-Joseph.Guerin@bd-bgi.com

Is your corps related in any way to the since-folded junior corps Les Senateurs from Joliette, Quebec? They merged with Les Sentinelles in 2002 to form Quebec Alliance, ultimately folding in the off-season leading up to summer 2004. Just curious since the name is similar.

Same name only, not the same corps.

The first meeting for members (new and old) and for anyone interested in finding out more about the corps will be held September 11th in Grand Isle, Quebec (between the NY border and Montreal) at 1:00 p.m.

The location will be posted on this site a.s.a.p.

Should you have any questions, please contact Marco-Joseph.Guerin@bd-bgi.com or post a message on this site.

No need to speak or understand French, the staff is bilingual.

Can we ask who the staff is?

Staffing is being negociated and discussed at the moment. The staff that have been contacted are well known and respected in the field. We hope to have some confirmations prior to the Sept. 11th meeting in which case this information will be passed along at that time as well as posted on the website when it is up and running.
