It's quite a challenge coordinating a concert with 8-12 groups -- we're very lucky to have such a talented team. I'm curious... why do you ask? Basically, Lee and I create the list of performers with input from the LMS team. We find a venue. After the lineup and venue have been identified, the LMS team takes over and organizes the event. The core team is made up of Renegades, but when LMS is in another area, the team is filled out with local experts.
