There is an abundance of talent in South Florida, from great color guards, marching bands and percussion programs. Many South Florida kids march in a variety of finalists corps and are very active in drum corps. If you could re-establish a drum corps down here, with a vision then you could really have something special. Staff: South Florida can claim a who's who of staff for a revamped Florida Wave. I will not list names, but suffice it to say that many of us who live down here teach in quality programs throughout the united states and if you could get them all on the same staff, Kids would show up and the environment would be tremendous. Administration: Again, former corps directors, tour directors, current circuit administrators, etc. all live down here. It is a no brainer! Peace!
