Edit: I was not trying to be offensive. For the record, I marched a couple of years in div 2/3 and really appreciate those shows. My questions, through which I have learned a great deal, were a result of curiosity as to how drum corps is different there. Also, my comment about more European corps touring the U.S. was not meant to be rude - I realize the expense, but was just wondering if there were not other reasons, such as the seasons are not concurrent, etc. Again, the responses I received have really helped me to understand DCE much better.
