camel lips Posted May 4, 2007 Share Posted May 4, 2007 Over on the MF forum someone posted this "A bus taking members of the High School drum and bugle corps of Elizabeth Foward School District in Pittsburgh to a competition in Wildwood NJ ran into a tractor trailer on the PA TPK. jeff danchik Posted May 4, 2007 Share Posted May 4, 2007 (edited) Drumline was on way to TOB Championships in Wildwood.This was their indoor drumline, staff and chaperones. Most released with minor shake-up injuries.The Band Director Dave Cornelius, a Phathom Regiment Alumni was thrown against the windshield and is being held overnight for observation.The driver is in serious condition. Some cuts and bruises and one broken arm for the kids. This is a talented group of kids and a really talented Band Director. Guard which was to leave today, has been a top qaulity program for years.The drumline is a relatively new program at the school.The kids work all year to get to this point and its sad to see them miss out.But they're safe!
