Just as an added note... this will be hard to enforce. Especially for those people who sign up on the website, and never really visit the forums...

It would require a bit of grunt work- physical checking of both the website and the boards. For now we'd have to rely on people keeping with the spirit of the rule. As it is we do ask people to openly post their registration in the forum- we could make that a contingency of being able to participate and require them to list their hometown/home state.

The last thing I want to do is deny people the opportunity to participate. I will do what I can to let them know of the requirements when they register.
