KeithHall Posted May 7, 2012 Author Posted May 7, 2012 Yes, that is him! Great guy! For about 30 years or so I have been wondering if he did play in corps. His drumming has always been pretty precise and also melodic. So I was chatting with him the other day and he said he did march and with that corps. He thanked me and said that was the first time anyone asked him if he was in a corps or not. Frank Briggs?,..................drummer for 805? Quote

I really enjoy his style of playing,.............I compare him closely to Stewart Copeland of the Police,............His younger brother took over for him with 805 after he left the band,........I would bet he played corps too, real good player,................. 805 would get to Erie a few times each summer, but we would travel to Buffalo often to catch them at a concert bar up there,...........last I knew, Frank was in LA playing and teaching.
