Frank, I'm pretty sure that I read a post, from Dick Pronti, that 7 of the top 8 from last year had applied by the deadline and will hold the spots (in reverse) that they finished in from last year. Looks like we are going to start at noon and go until around 3, somewhere around the Clarion. But the night times is what I am really concerned about. So, that would put GE on no earlier than 10:15 or so (second from last, right?), with 9 corps ahead of them in the schedule. Later, if there are more entrants. Just my stupid math, tho. As long as you've sent in your app. on time you will retain your 2007 position (in reverse order) of placement. Star United...last..GE....next...TBIRDS....next (only because of Renegades withdrawl) and so on...All others will be placed by approved application date. Edited August 19, 2008 by melligene Quote

All true, except the deadline to secure your appearance order spot based on last years placements has long passed,............... so the order of received (complete) applications after the inital deadline, sets the order after that,.............. even if you appeared last year.....................or something,............... Somewhere here there is a thread that has a post from Dick Pronti... ...(in my recollection) that the top 8 corps' (minus Renegades) from last year, all got in under the wire, and had secured their spots.
