I was thinking it might be nice to have a "repository" that we could all refer to for various drum corps media; kind of a one stop shop for all of us who have been looking for a certain recording from a certain corps.

This is just a start on my part, and I'm sure lots of you will be able to add a ton to it. I'll keep it updated as it grows.

Drum Corps International:

(1974-2008 DVD's/ 1972-2008 audio):

DCI Store

(1971 VFW Championship, 1972 DCI Championship DVD)

Drum Corps World Store

Drum Corps Associates:

(2002-2008 DVD's/ 2005-2008 CD's):

Baker Video Productions

(1998-2001 DVD's)

Moran Recordings

(1965-1997, 2003-2004 CD's)

Digital CD's

Drum Corps Europe:

(2003-2008 DVD's/CD's)

Drum Corps Europe Webshop

Drum Corps Japan:

still looking . . .help!

Cross-Circuit and Indvidual Show Recordings:

(Historic Pre-DCI/DCI/DCA Audio: Various Years)

Stetson/Wateska Audio Recordings

(Haas Junior/Senior DVD's: Danny Thomas Invitational, World Opens, DCA Finals)

Senior DVD's

Junior DVD's

Add anything you can find to help this grow . . .websites that sell American Legion recordings, US Open, the old Garden State circuit . . .anything!

Thanks for your help!

I sure wish I could get my hands on some non-top 12 performances. I have never seen my age out year with Troop (1988) on DVD or VHS. I contacted DCI, and they don't have it available.

Drum Corps World is the source for additional material as well. For instance, there are 148 different CDs available of recordings from 1950 to 1980, remastered from the original tapes of Stetson Richmond and Alf Wateska. These two men recorded corps of all shapes and sizes from all over the continent. Don't give up on finding a recording of your favorite corps until you've checked this collection. This link should take you there:

Not sure where this fits above, as these recordings cover so many circuits, both junior and senior, including some that cross over into the DCI and DCA eras.

I'll just put this into a "various" category under the other circuits.

Thanks!
