If you haven't read this, it gives you a GREAT idea on what time everything is happening for the Inauguration stuff. It's a great read. (Kinda funny too)

These kids are very fortunate to get to participate in this event. I'll try to catch their part of the parade.

Finding food in dc is tough enough with out the parade. Cant imagine what it would be like now.

The corps should set up their cook truck and sell Gatorade and food. Perhaps burgers and have the PB&J table out. Think of the fund raising dollars!

According to the NY Times this morning, there'll be a ton of street vondors selling sustenance - And Union Station, with it's food court, isn't too far from the Capitol, btw.

Nonetheless, I'd advise everyone to do what the Mrs. & I are going to - Eat a BIG breakfast before heading into the district on Tuesday :tongue: !

what no mcdonalds or starbucks on every corner like in most towns in the US? how can it be our nations capital if this isnt the case?
