Yes, yes we are... but we still have room for others to join and stay in class A! We are especially in need of 2-3 more bass drum players, and we could always use more pit percussion, horn players and guard players. The ensemble played the opener for us guard people on sunday (after we showed them what we can do B) ), and they are sounding AWESOME already. Well, one camp has come and gone successfully. We had very high vet retention and quite a few new members. All sections were looking and sounding VERY good thus far (I'm especially impressed with our hornline, they are going to be fantastic!). Though i'm very very very soar right now from joining the guard, I can't wait for February camp! We'd love to see more new people! B)

Hey! Hope everyone had a safe and wonderful New Years! I know I did, witnessing a couple of our own get married (see the Two Chops Members Get Married thread). Anyway, down to business. This Saturday and Sunday marks the first camp of the 2006 Chops Season, and we are looking for YOU! Members from all sections are welcome, but we are looking to build up our hornline a little more, as well as pit percussion. Camp starts at 11:30 am on Saturday morning at Morris Bye Elementary School in Coon Rapids, MN. thank you for the compliments! it was a long bus ride, but definitely well worth it. kzoo was a blast! B) st. peter was good too, just much too humid and windy.

i guess the 'pinball' blew out of bounds... i heard that on the bus, but i don't remember who i heard that from.
