  1. I don't want to butcher this, but was the previous clue with an "R" for an initial refer to Richard?
  2. Nothing like some pig's snouts, tail and entrails to top off a breakfast......yuMMMMO!!
  3. This guy channeled Corky....not a bad model to follow. When you watched him conduct you could see the fabrizio image all over the place.
  4. It's surprising what a little bit of hair will do.
  5. Someone from SKEK set us straight, but they carried FH....Buzzy Bergdoll.....fugetaboutit
  6. Later in life, but before that, Hudson Falls Crusaders, Fort Edward Vagabonds, Interstatesmen, Syracuse Brigs, Sky.......phew!!!!
  7. Real name George, ran a terrific bar in Hudson Falls. Everytime I would go in, regardless of who was playing what on the jukebox, he would cancel all the plays and start playing drum corps records. I think I know all three.
  8. Is that Paul Collins (The Brass Rx) over Junior's left shoulder?
  9. I agree with you, however not all of what you say is correct. We (Rochester) never beat Sky in 72. Had our big chance in Clifton and gacked. Lost 85.3 to 85.55....and the rest is history.
  10. I ordered some Veal Ragonese at Agatina's last Saturday.....delish!!!!
  11. RIP Ralph. In terms of set drummers, Max Weinberg. Dead center in the beat clean, clear, crisp.
  12. Back at 'cha Tony, it was a hoot all the way around. I look forward to my next opportunity to "wear the green"
  13. Saw mom, sent my best back to you...this was one of the best.
  14. For Italian Rochester is loaded, it all depends on what you want. For my money, Agatina's in Gates right off 490W their Seafood Fra Diavalo is to die for, Pasta Villa in Irondequoit (world's greatest bartender- Gino), Northside (E.Rochester) Here we go.......
  15. IMO better than Dino and Beale St. Take East Main st until you hit Culver. Make a right, it's on your right on Culver. 10minutes from downtown.
  16. Excellent. I hope a lot of people take advantage of this. We need more of this kind of stuff when corps are here.
  17. Even the Hamburg Kingsmen with Colin as instructor, playing the inverted Gabby streetbeat..... are you kidding me!!!!
  18. ....Back yonder in the olden tymes, a lot of time guys didn't acutally know the fingerings for the notes they were playing. So what they would do on their charts were write in p=piston, r=rotor, o=open (neither) p/r=both. No particular song in mind, just remembering what those charts used to look like. And the Bobby hug thing.....NO!!! And now that I know I got one coming, I'm whizzed cuz I haven't gotten it yet. However, I'm sure it's going to lose a lot in the translation....IYKWIM
