AGREED! Not what I was expecting at all when I first read the musical selections released. I'm really excited to see what Adam Hill lays down for the drum book with these arrangements.

Just noticed this on the front page. Logo for the 2011 show. I'm digging it.

Correction. Pioneer's 2011 show is called "Celebrate" not "Celebration" No music or anything, just a title and a logo.

Hmmm, I got billed last Wednesday yet haven't seen mine yet. Probably because I live in South Dakota....yeah lets say that.

2011 is Pioneer's 50th aniversary and has already announced the show title: "Celebrate" No clue on music selections yet though.

My card was billed today as well. Hopefully they'll show up in the next day or two.

Question 1: Is the entire drum staff going with Paul to SCV, or does he have the option, and if so what does this mean for Phantom? Question 2: With his undeniable success at PR over the past, what 6 years, I can pretty much guarantee that many PR vets will follow Paul to SCV. Are we about to see a huge attrition in quality of the Phantom drumline? As a sidenote, if many PR vets do follow Paul to SCV there is going to be some major competition for spots in SCV's line next year between the vets of the two corps.

After your previous posts this intrigues me. As a proud alum who wants nothing but the best for Pioneer I'm interested in what was said and if you can reveal any details could you send me a PM?

06, the last tempo change of the show began with a little bass drum lick that I started and one day our DM called for a reset to "Jordan to the end". For some reason that caught on and I had a section of the show named after me all season long.

This was such a scary moment to see happen. I did not see the initial fall but saw him try to get back up and immediately go back down. Alan Kristensen (drum judge) was thankfully working his way around the edge of the corps, saw him and was able to get him up and out of the block as the drill moved towards the center. I wish him a speedy recovery and I hope he can make it back on the field in 2011.

Oh for the love of..........no I'm not going to do it. I marched in Pio while you were on staff for the very brief time period you were there. I was in the drumline so I never had you teaching me and for that I am thankful. I'm not going to say anything I'm going to regret or get me in trouble but you seriously need to GTFO and stop trolling.
