The 61/2 or the 51D are great for small bore horns, but I prefer a Dennis Wick 4AL for my Bass Bone or my Kanstul Euph.

I like it alot better than a practice mute because you are able to listen more or less accurately. It is quiet enough for apt complexes and dorms, wish they were around when I was in school.

I looked and looked but I finally had to make my own.

I tested Trombone (too small) euph (Too big) French horn(wrong shape) at the brasswind I ended up getting the Trombone setup and adding extra foam padding. It works great.

Great review, thanks you seem to have seen the same show I did. (Some reviewers make me wonder...)
