So, I am, of course, confused by the age out rule. I know the whole "if your birthday falls after June 1" thing but not sure how it applies. My birthday is September 18, 1990. How many more years do I have left to march?

IIRC, The Game was not to be played once the lights went out. Although, I'm a window seat guy, so I didn't usually get to play it anyways.

(Only read first post) When I marched, I really couldn't care less about rankings and scores. I dont know a single score from our entire season and I could MAYBE tell you what we got at finals, but not 100% sure even. Drum Corps, to me, epitomizes the saying that "its about the journey, not the destination." Scores and rankings only exist to provide a framework for the activity to operate within. Beyond that, they don't matter one bit. And, sure, its always fun to win a ring, but really, would you have enjoyed the season any less if you hadn't gotten bling at the end of it? Would you still have marched the season if you knew that you wouldn't be the next world champion? I know I would have for sure. You only get a few years to do this activity, so you sure as heck better make the most of it.

That I love the Scouts' show! Its such a fun show to watch :) And yes, I even like the guard unis. I think they fit the whole theme perfectly. Just wanted to say that :) Way to go, Madison! :D

The company front in SCV 89. I've seen it a million times and still get goosebumps.

My gosh. If SCV adds high mark time to the company front....I might die As soon as I saw the toast at the beginning of the company front, I was on my feet.
