I have always thought that we would be the perfect fit to fill the viod of DCI at PBS. Especailly after such a top to bottom program that all the corps put out this year.

What can I say about the Gades mini corps other then, you guys owned tonight, and made us all proud. There was nothing that could have been done about Star. They were too clean and too perfect. One can do nothing more but tip your hat and congradulate. Star, I dont know how you do it but if you keep playing like that, you will be winning a long time. To my Gades, you guys were on fire. I have seen 06 and 07 and I heard recordings of 01 and 03 and i think 05, this was by far the best you've done. You did what you came to do, rocked like rockstars. B)

Worthy of two threads... Were not talkin smak. Its not our fault, we did not choose to become evil, we were just turned that way. Ok ok sure, someone actually had a heart attack and died when watching the show in sunnyvale...but he was really old, and they say he had a bad ticker anyway. Its only a coincidence that that happened during our show. Some say we planed that...but thats just sick....our plans are much more sadistic...much more calculated... Don't you get it!? Those, props are just a decoy. We will set them up and salute the judges. When we are told to take the field, one by one people will begin to ask where we are. There will be quite murmuring as people wonder why the Renegades have not taken the field.... then it will happen... There will be a scream in the crowd as a pale faced man looks up from his lovely victim, blood dripping down his face. The crowd, in a panic will try to escape, only to find vampires all around them. Chaos and pandaemonium will ensue, blood everywhere, as people try to discern who is dead...and who is not. But at least these people have the life of the immortal to look to, and with those sweet innocent faces, our immortal you will be. I feel for those of you who dont make the show in time. You will be fallen to the zombies outside the parking area. The president tried to stop this epidemic from happening...but its too late, it reached San Francisco, there is no escape, and nothing can save you. The Gades have turned to the darkside and we have a plan for you all... no penalty line will hold us back, your ranking cant save you now, nothing can!...no, we wont be performing at finals...we will be feasting at it! Tell your self its all just hype. Tell yourself 28 g bugles cant do it. Tell your self its just a dream...because you see my friend, we want you there...we NEED you there... So bring your bible, hide the virgins, and tell your mom you love her. For as this may not be the first drum corps show you've seen, it will certainly be your last. Yes! Enjoy your last meal, and your last show...it will be the 2007 Renegades...as if anything else mattered its our year! 7 Edited at the request of a friend

overrated- Cavies, I actually asked, "did someone turn them down". I think they may have hit the marching threshold. Underrated-Cadets if you can get passed the talking some epic drum corps there. Blue Coats- This was top 6 drum corps, I hate it when there are just too many good corps to let them all get what they deserve.

Can we at least get the DCA collection digitized and downloadable. There should be an effort to do that as buying CD's is falling into the land of 8 track. Also from what I understand certain years of certain corps is hard to find. We should get that data base going before the last copies of veinal end up in a thrift store somewhere because the owner has died and the grandkids did not know what they had. Just a though

No the DCI gods have decided that one for us. We just gave them ammunition as to the why. But that is an entirely different thread. (DCI should be on the west coast at least 1 in 4-5 years, just to be fair)

To fall out of top six is always a heart break for a corps with such a dynasty. But to come back up and upset two corps...nothing short of epic. Toast! I will not take away from Crown and Bloo....wonderful shows, I was worried the whole time.

To the greatest marching organization in history. May your dynasty never end. I am so incredibly proud of all of you and thanks for protecting the west.

Let me start by saying Im a west coast guy that was pulling for BD Let me also say that I hate narration (even when BD does it) But most importantly let me say that if you booed or heckled the cadets (and there were lots of you) you should be ashamed. What right do you have to spit on these kids show. They dont write the show, they just preform it, and they preformed the heck out of that show. I was truly worried that the Devs were in trouble because the Cadet hornline/drumline/and gaurd were just so darn clean. I said it many times in the stands, and I will say it here. I dont like this show, but the kids rocked it like rockstars. And about those poor kids that will forever have to listen to your ill placed opinion. Did you ever think that maybe these kids are just performing the show given to them. If you hecklers ever marched your self I want you to think about something. If people did not like the design of your show, would you want them screaming at you trying to taint your CD at finals? Its just not right. You took away what to them was special and just spit right on it. Drumcorps crowds are suppose to have more class then that. I was afriad that some one in this thread was going to point out that maybe this happened because it was on the west coast, and not even 24 hours have gone by and some has, so I hope you losers think about that the next time you want to complain about were finals is, cause you made us all look like a bunch of low class jerks. To the Cadets, I may never enjoy the productions your staff puts out, but thats just me and my personal taste, but last night you forced me to admit that you were a darn good corps, worthy of the top. You prefomed with flawless execution and with all of your heart, soul, and passion, and last time I checked, that's what drumcorps was all about. Congratulations on a job extremely well done.
