The gentleman on the right is Bob Ashton, guard captain of the Rochester Crusaders in the '60s. The guy on the left was guard captain of one the Canadian Sr.Corps (maybe the Commanders) but I can't remember his name.

It looks like Jim Unrath,a Central States and DCI judge.

Is the guy on the left Frank Farr? I know he was a soloist with the Appleknockers back then but I never met him. And Jack Bullock and Ken peterson are definitely the other two.

That's Charlie Pero...Joey Pero's uncle. Charlie played French horn with St. Joe's in the early '60s.

My condolences to Tom's family. Tom was a true gentleman and one of the nicest people I've ever met.

Well Teddy, if you're going to be like that then I'm not going to offer any more friendly advice. Have I ever steered you wrong? Man, I can't believe it...two words and "it's not Happy Birthday?" That hurts!!!! But on the other hand, if you don't do Grapevine into Curly Shuffle please at least consider "I Go to Rio" somewhere in the show!!!

Brigs - GENEVIEVE!!!!!!!!!! Finally getting the recognition she DESERVES won the show(wo)manship award once again bringing tears to my eyes in "First time". The show has the greatest improvement of all the shows I've seen this season. It finally became the show I knew it could become last night. FANTASTIC! Thanks for the excellent review. And you are correct: Genevieve finally received the recognition she has deserved since the first time she played "First Time." It has always been almost impossible to hear her play that solo without getting at least a little misty-eyed...even at rehearsal!!! Bravo, Genevieve!!!!

for the record, i didnt sugar coat anything. those were my honest feelings. I think, given past reaction in my reviews, one would know i dont hold back.
