Did anyone notice that scouts are only about 3 points away from being in top 12, average score wise? (found on dci.org) go scouts!!! :)

About time a local paper did this! Maybe the WI State Journal will pick up on this! The Scouts deserve some credit!

There's definately truth in that. (almost) Nobody keeps track of the Div 2/3 corps, where as the Div 1 corps are all over the place. I agree that it's great to have the smaller corps and that they should be recognized more, but there's something special about the sound and marching ability of the older and larger corps. Plus, where would the more advanced marchers go that want to take it a step up?

Does it count if they're from other years? SCV Scherazade and Phantom of the Opera Cavies 2006 Scouts opener from 2006 But for this year......firebird!

anyone know about SCV, Pioneer, or Blue Stars? im looking to join one of those and right now play Bb horn. best to learn both???? opinions please!

i havent seen SCV's show this year. how does it compare to cavies, blue devils, scouts, and blue stars?

From everything I heard, I was thinking the worst when i saw the Scouts in Indi, but i really enjoyed they're show! They've got some rebuilding to do, definately, but they've still got the sound! Btw, where were you sitting when you took this pic???? It looks as if I may have been very close to you! GO SCOUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We know a lot of people associated with the Scouts and mainly it's because of the turnover in staff and the lack of organization. Also, they're trying to recreate the old sound, and everyone else has moved forward.
