  1. dose anyone know why Sunrisers had a 3.2 penalty?
  2. Tom you and i both know what sun can do in august, we have been there. look how much we improved in 2007 in the last two weeks that year. But as far as this weekend, it looks like Fusion will most likely win the show with greniders 2nd sun can beat white sabers and excelicer.
  3. All the corps work hard and play and march there hearts out,last night. A win is a win,they are hard to come by in DCA. I know THAT fUSION was very good for there first show of the year.
  4. It will hard watching sun compete for me also, since i retired in 2007, i hope they come out ready to do a good show. I will be looking for other sun alumni at the show, so we can all give our corps support and cheer them on.

  6. your very lucky to have Darren teaching your guard, he is very talented and so are his guards. He helped suns guard in 2007 and look what they did at finals.
  7. Bob Villanova is a great person and the best percussion instructor, with his teaching SUNS percussion section won high percussion in 2007.
  8. Ihave a friend of both Pete jr and Donnas and there entire family for many years,,both with the Pacers and with 20th,if i did not see this would not know she was on her last days. I was at 20th rehersal three weeks ago. Please let me know about the servies for her time /date and place.

  10. Hi Brian, i marched in the kingston indians and the pacers and also the vagabonds in my jr corps days I marched with the Sunrisers up untill 2007, and then retired. Let me know when you are stating up and i will stop over to check things out.
  11. Dose anyone have any pics of the Poughkeepsie Pacers and Vagabonds and Kingston Indians from 1973 to 75
  12. I marched in the Hyde park/Poughkeepsie, ny Vagabonds from 72 to 74, and our top score at prelims was a 53, we only had 22 horns and 10 in the drum line and about 12 in the guard. BUt we performed our show with pride and had a great time. EVan if we never won a contest. in 75 i marched with the Kincston Indians and we won almost every show in class b. and finished 3rd at the world open, in that same year our management decided to put us in open class at the us.s. open , we score a 84 at the world open and droped to a 73 in the u.s. open and did not come close to making finals.
  13. The Sunrisers played that show in 2007, and won the class A title

  17. Dave i only wish the corps the best, i tryed reruiting for sun around here, and had no luck, no one qants to drive to long island. most people i have talked to at Marist college and local schools are leaning towards the Hurcs and fusion.
