Hawthorne always comes out looking very impressive at this stadium, a line of white shirts extending from the backfield all the way out into the parking lot. I was sitting 4 or 5 rows back a little outside the 40 so some individual horn problems were noticed and the drum line didn't seem to cut. I don't know if it was where I was sitting, the Dynastys, or what. Having said that... HOLY $%*& did those guys play... and move. By the far the most impressive percussion section of the night. I have a feeling that is what is keeping the corps so close to Bush. Horn line was great and the crowd really ate it up. Visually the only thing that made me "wow" was the "rumps" section, but then again I was in the 5th row. Interval problems were an issue this night... I don't understand why no one has corrected these problems, but it could have just been at this show, I don't know. I had them right behind Bush. For the sheer purposes of getting the hair on the back of your neck to stand and for getting your blood pumping, these guys are the ones to do it.
thanks for the review..i love going to west haven its always a great show and crowd to perform in front of.
i cant wait to get up to rochester and having an amazing weekend!
