^ second a lot of Cappy's picks - especially the second ballad in Regiments show also love the Cadets non-ballad and THE flag "toss" at the beginning of it. Wow.

I've decided to head down there for the show - somewhat last minute (booked last night flight/hotel) Just me so easy to get a single ticket outside For the OP - CALL ticketmaster and talk to them. Describe the sections you are looking for. The online system tends to set aside and skip seats, you can often get better seats by calling and talking to a live human. Just a chance!

So... in summary 1. BD most likely 2. Coats/Crown likely for medals 3. Cadets are rising in their chances to challenge for a medal 4. SCV/Cavaliers have an outside shot 5. No one is really "a lock" for a medal given it is the first week in July And Crown Guard tosses too much :) I think that's everything!

I'm guessing this week was originally a "lighter week" before the opportunity for the concert was presented - performing at Tanglewood is a greater opportunity for members than a rehearsal day obviously It's all about the experience...

but that's never the goal at Cadets - the goal is to keep pushing and pushing to give THEIR best possible performance - not to beat someone else's never has been.

He is extremely effective in visual rehearsal and ensemble, reworking things that are so critical for the Cadets such as direction changes, guard staging etc. The guy is brilliant at this stuff.

The grid gets more rework this week as well as some rework on the ballad. Corps is rehearsing a mile from my house all day Thursday. Yeah, I must stop by for ensemble!
