ok. Well that said they are reading the groups much differently than her peers... which is fine -

I guess none of us should read too much into these until we get to the full panels and more experienced rosters of judges... a few odd ones each night it seems... -

This show is so early! I wonder how folks with jobs even get there in time considering traffic etc.. I guess if the weather is ok right now and predicted to go down hill, early is a good thing in this case! Hope all the corps have a great run and we get the show in without a hitch! G. -
notice the THREE "narrators" at the ending...

Ugh...
-
this back and forth is too funny - I think we can ALL agree that all the corps have been working hard these past couple days - and I hope they get the show in tonight!
-
changes to closer - not a great view but you get the point - some additional movement added for brass http://youtu.be/MjZX7t0a7O4

The "because it is hard" fits in well with Cadets philosophy IMO. Sometimes the greatest rewards come from achieving something difficult.

Turf field so if the storms clear out we should be OK.

a little rehearsal footage from yesterday http://youtu.be/Lz8Ig47vVi4

that makes a lot of sense... yeah too bad Coats & Cadets probably just laid around the past two days eating ice cream lol I'd advise everyone to not read much into the scores with these small panels... spreads will jump around like crazy and corps could even flip spots based on this... We'll know where everyone lines up after the first TOC and Regional shows... not before.

What they have now works. The only thing I wish they could "clean out" is the applause noise from the historical recordings

some more brass warm up with some POWER chords at the end: http://youtu.be/FiERBBb6m4Y?t=2m14s

many similar discussion sites as well as "comment" sites such as ESPN etc use facebook log in integration to make it more difficult for folks to remain annonymous and/or spam/flame the site I personally don't think the tone here is bad at all - compared to most internet sites - team does a good job of moderating without becoming too heavy-handed. I do think they let it get "personal" with Hopkins related topics, but I'm in the minority on that view I guess Probably some fresh voices would help... but that's another topic Tone overall is pretty good IMO

from Hopkins on Cadets today - > added 24 counts of character to Dance > Change the first 15 seconds of Roosevelt --- music and visual > redoing the bolts ... to the percussion line in JFK > Worked on cummerbunds ... many too large as kids are losing lots of weight. Linda and her team are hard at work -- thank god for the volunteers. > and tonight the guard uniform fittings ... great day ... bit warm but .. work to be done. We are rehearsing until 9 pm ... a 13 hour day !!!!

so I found this very nice brass warmup for Cadets from last night - great sound out of them this year: note: this is not the "blow your face off" typical warm up - just lovely though IMO http://youtu.be/RBhbyCOUUsk?t=1m5s
