Oh man, I would LOVE a spring skirt. The autumn skirts and silks are so beautiful, but the normal guard uniform only really works for the storm movement, and kinda for the winter movement. I think adding a bit more color in the spring would really help. I would also love to see more interaction with the tree. Unfortunately, it just kinda sits there. I appreciate it adds to the ambiance, but considering how well vanguard was able to integrate the tesla coils last year, I kinda expected a bit more purpose to the tree.

I have to say that I really love the transition out of the ballad this year. The last 2 years have been very jarring transitions, but this year is just so beautiful the way it transitions to winter!

Interestingly enough, vanguard is actually one of the 4 corps this season that have not had their score go down from night to night. The other being Blue Devils, Bluecoats, and spirit of Atlanta (although they've only had like 5 shows)

At least they are zombies that are outside haha! Plus, i'm seeing more of Austin then I ever had before from all the roaming I'm doing. Also, I didn't know that the cavaliers still had to give up their cell phones! I had heard about that a long time ago but I was unaware they still did that. Good for them for being able to give them up for the whole summer!
