Dang, so close!

In my experience, it's been varied. Some years there is all out cheering as if we were in an stadium live. People have even waited on the entrance ramp to the seating area for a corps to finish! Other times it's been quieter, although there is still usually chatting between shows.

So please forgive what sounds like a newbie question, but why, if Open Class prelims and finals were Monday and Tuesday, are the Open Class corps now performing again today? (I've been watching since the 70s but don't know much about the "rules")

They announced the judging panel at the beginning but I didn't catch it because that's when Flo's audio went out on me.

Now my video is messing up too. Sigh.
