You’re practically in Cleveland. I was told the Cadets sent a bus there for camps. -

That’s why we differentiate between Kentucky Southwind and Alabama Southwind. Kentucky Southwind was under the Madison umbrella until 2007. -

My parents went to the Joliet, Illinois show in 1972 and when the fight started in concert in Des Plaines show, my Mom told my Dad that they were fighting and it was time to leave. 🤦♀️ -

A lot of corps moved out to the suburbs back then. Norwood moved to Skokie. Vanguard moved from Logan Square to Des Plaines. -

It’s a niche activity. I can’t even get my family interested. My parents would go to one show a season that was 30 minutes or less from the house. Even then, they’d tell me how much they liked Phantom. 😂 Corn hole and pickle ball have a much broader appeal than the traveling circus bands that we know and love. -

I like that they went outside of the “old boys club”. He has a sense of humor, which is good. That will come in handy while dealing with those crazy people. It gets crowded in the room with all of those egos, Nate. -

My kid crashed my car the first time he took a girl out on a date. About a week after he got his license. I wasn’t mad. I was just glad they were safe. I couldn’t say much because I crashed my Dad’s car into a guard rail because I didn’t realize that overpasses freeze over first.

Are you going to Mason again?

They have to get that 12 cents from someone.

We got in at the airport HGI. We’re going to go to the hall of fame on Tuesday before we go back to Cincinnati. It’s senior day 😂.

I love going to Benedictine. The Bavarian Lodge is right down Ogden, too. Wow, you were in Finleyville in 74. Why did I miss that in your signature? I remember Dave Hill (rest in peace) telling me that he worked with your brass.
