These lower tier corps have ageouts too, but I get your point. Unfortunately, for corps like Madison, Academy, and Pacific Crest, they are almost like a feeder corps since many of their "stronger" members will leave for top 12 corps. -

Genesis Jokes!!! What is the difference between a top 12 drum corps and a bottom 12 drum corps? It doesn't matter - the Blue Devils are most likely going to win anyway. I knew they'd save the best for last! π -

All I want to say is I am SO HAPPY that both the Cascades and Columbians made Semis - Cascades for returning to competition after being inactive for a few years and Columbians for their first full tour and trip to Indy (I think). Congrats to both and best of luck next year.
