Crown still looks like Crown to me. .. all of the old BAC is gone. Zippo . To a certain extent Crown does own it since they paid the staff for years and gave them the opportunity to mold that craft. I think they are great. .. nothing against the designers.

Yeah .. you do what you do best. But literally. It is CrownGuard .. maybe I’m bitter because Crown is having to re-build their guard ... we shall see .. interesting season coming up ..

The color guard looks like Carolina Crown North ( which I agree is awesome) . Matter of fact the whole look and feeL of BAC is Crown .. I see nothing of their old identity.. which I guess is ok ... but feels slightly disingenuous.

Except the year Crown was robbed with their “Relentless” show .. how many captions did they win?! Three but only got bronze .. BD wins no captions and gets Silver .. Bloo wins with only GE .. based on caption awards not finals scores of course

Yeah that’s a problem. I don’t want Crown to be the Cadets, or even similar. And I fear that is where they are heading.

So .. I’m concerned about Crown. The last two years have been average shows in drill and creative side. The shows have simply not fielded well and connected with audience .. the member talent is saving them ... with the brass and percussion keeping them competitive but for how long? Is Boston the new Crown? I hope they can pull together a great show for the kids to perform. . . The design team feels lost to me.
